CREATING THE STANDARd for confidence

founded by shakila stewart in 2015

Walk This Way Movement (WTWM) is a women’s empowerment organization dedicated to fostering confidence and leadership skills by inspiring women through the art of walking in heels and advancing leadership development.

Founded in Chicago, IL and expanded to Los Angeles in 2017, WTWM provides transformational classes, life coaching and branded apparel to help women overcome obstacles, embrace vulnerability, and lead with confidence.

Our Mission

To empower women to conquer their fears, overcome obstacles and build unshakable confidence, while supporting youth and underserved women through transformative leadership initiatives.
